Every year the New York Times releases their Museums Special section. This is the only time I buy the paper instead of reading it online. The section is filled with interesting information regarding the current status of museums, curators and culture around the U.S. The beauty of the internet now is that I can read the paper and then head onto the website for all sorts of interactive media -videos, podcasts, slideshows, etc. The special includes a conversation with Philippe de Montebello, a fascinating article on an exhibition that brought together long-separated portraits of couples, and the center piece of the whole section, which highlights some of the youngest curators in the American museum scene.
